What is the meaning of Memorial Day and how can you celebrate this weekend?
People often confuse the meaning of Memorial Day and Veterans Day. The holiday, originally known as Decoration Day, originated in the years following the Civil War but became an official federal holiday in 1971. On the last Monday of May, Memorial Day honors the men and women who sacrificed their lives for our country while serving in the U.S. military. Many long-established customs are observed on this day to honor our fallen soldiers, as well as some that are relatively new.
Rolled Metal Products honors and remembers the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
