Rolled Metal Products offers precision Cut-to-Length services to process narrow metal coil rolls efficiently and accurately.

Cut-to-length, also known as CTL or blanking line, is a common coil processing method of shearing flat, rectangular blanks from larger master coils into desired lengths. An ideal solution for a variety of products, such as conveyor rack systems, aluminum auto name plates, and various forms of bracketry, cut-to-length reduces overall processing time, costs, and scrap.

Our CTL line is equipped and ready to uncoil, straighten, debur, shear-to-length, and stack stainless steel metal strips in the exact sizes you require. We also have rack stock (both 301 3/4 hard and 316 3/4 hard manufactured bar) on-hand and available for fast ordering and delivery.
